Thanks to the online training you can participate from anywhere in the world.

BEGINNER SOUL BOW:

A class to get to know Bowspring.

I introduce you to the world of fascia and tensegrity.

Springy ,fluid movement reshape the body towards its natural origin.

Perfect for newcomers and beginners.


SOUL BOW:

By opening the "body spaces" and changing the physical alignment, we get closer to "ourselves".

SOUL BOW supports us in experiencing our wholeness of body-mind and soul. Inner journeys, visualations and short meditations at the beginning lead us consciously closer to our "soul core" and let us get in motion from there.

 During the Bowspring Katas we use free and short "Danceimprovisation" to give you the opportunity to explore the topic of the class with your own movement.



BALL BOW:

A large exercise ball is compulsory for this class. The ball helps us to experience the basic principles of Bowspring through the fine sensory system. Elasticity, intrinsic muscles and round-flowing movements are simply addressed here. Since the ball can carry us, movements against gravity become easier and there are many different ways of experiencing lightness, 3-dimensional alignment and tensile strength. Sore muscles are guaranteed.

I use my knowledge as a dance and anatomy teacher in this class especially to prepare ourselves for the dance of life through bowspring. Very suitable for dancers, athletes, movement and life artist.





ADVANCED BOW :

A powerfull class.

We increase our technical skills,strength and mobility,while we practice more complex katas and poses

(Root Kata,advanced order of fluid movement sequences)

More advanced


COACHING BOW:

When needed.Through the individual questions of the particpants we analyse,exercises and understand the Bowspring method better.

We discover our personell default pattern and realigne the body back towards its naturell origin.

Newcomers,beginners and all other levels


FLOW BOW:

 "GO WITH THE FLOW "

Without stops,no thoughts, we are bowing and flowing,we are dreaming and sweating.Just dive deep into your own intuitive body knowledge.
