Bowspring is a natural curvy shaped alignment. Its movements are performed with springy lightness and a flowing strength.

FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENTS

An equal tone in the connective tissue brings a balancing effect to all joints and muscles. With this dynamically balanced posture we move as graceful like as animal.
